The exhibition room is located close to the theatre and is also used for the Cavendish
tea/coffee and lunch breaks. Conference
Centre
A stand space of approximately 2mtrs x1mtr has been allocated and a table will
be provided if it was previously requested. Power is available and in most cases
this is located close to the stand space. It is however recommended that all
exhibitors bring an extension lead and multi-socket adaptors if you have several
pieces of equipment to power.
Loading:
All equipment must be brought in through the main door which is located on
Duchess Mews. The exhibition room is accessed down stairs and there is also
a small lift available.
Set-up:
Exhibitors can gain access to the building from 7 am and must be fully set up in
time for the 9 am opening of registration.
Stand staffing:
Each stand can be staffed by two staff. If you should require any addition staff
they will need to register as delegates. We have created a special exhibitor
delegate rate of £123. Please contact us if you wish to book any tickets at this
rate.
Delegate access:
Tea, coffee & lunch are served in the exhibition room and you will have access
to the delegates between 9:00 & 10:00 - 10:55 - 11:15 - 12:50 & 14:00 and finally
14:50 & 15:10.
Pre-delivery:
Exhibitors can send their stand materials the day before (at their own risk) if
preferred provided they comply with the following:
(1) You advise us in advance
(2) All boxes are marked with “e-Learning Foundation Conference 23rd May”
and the exhibitor name.
(3) No large stand fabrication material can be accommodated. If in doubt please By Underground:
