First and foremost I am a successful businessman
entrepreneur who for the last 10 years has run an
IFA firm in Bristol. We now have over 20 staff
and have clients located Worldwide.
Five years ago, I developed a bug – a property
bug and started building and developing. Along
that journey I have taken time out to educate
myself further and currently I am on a yearlong
property investment course. Once that course
finishes I will join a graduate scheme as I firmly
believe that education is a lifetime journey.

9. Example of a Long-Term Investment Strategy
After a full refurb, including roof, windows, new kitchen and flooring this apartment was let out to one
of the labourers who worked on the project. He fell in love with it and after all his hard work he wanted
to enjoy his new home. We purchased the building, arranged the refurb and we now manage the tenancy.
This is a 2 bed apartment in the heart of Fishponds, Bristol. Fully electric, we installed, cooker, fridge
freezer and washing machine. As you can see it also has a great skylight giving it a “wow factor!”
Once fully let, this apartment became available for an investor. Within a matter of days the right person
was found and is now enjoying a 5.25% fixed 5 year investment with a legal charge on this apartment.
Let me show you the math –
£60,000.00 invested for 5 years @ 5.25% = 262.50 per month totalling £15750 interest over 5 years.

What Guarantees Do You Offer?
All investments involved in any investor agreement contract which has been drawn up by a solicitor his a legally
binding document. I encourage you to seek legal advice in advance of signing anything if you have any questions or
concerns.
Why Don’t I Just Do It Myself?
We encourage anyone who invests in their education in this area, as I have done, to go it alone. However I recom-
mend that you avoid the Landlord trap and creating extra work for yourself. We fully understand what it really means
to manage tenants and we have built systems to do this efficiently. Plus investing with us give better returns than
most people make on their own investment properties, without hassle, whilst minimising the risk.
Is There Risk?
Ever heard the term “It’s as safe as house!”?....Well there is a reason for that, property is considered the safest
investments there is! Plus, because I have educated myself I am not only minimising the risk for myself, but also my
investors. However, there is risk involved and if you were to invest with me, there would be absolute clarity about
what those risks are, as with all investments there is a risk. However, with the right knowledge and experience, the
risk is reduced considerably.

Yes I do. I have not only educated myself via one of the most prestigious property networks, but I also have access to
property professional experts, mentors and coaches that I run each deal by! Being local to my area, my building
contractors and maintenance teams are people we know and trust.

11. Legals
As you would expect, investments of over £25000.00 should carry some form of
protection. The highest level of protection I can offer is a charge or restriction
against the property. These will be secured by a solicitor. We will also draw up a
contract paying up to 6% interest for a period of time. Before the end of the
agreement, you will be given the option to extend the terms if you so wish.
