Concrack repairs concrete. We specialize in high pressurecrack repair. Weuse
flexible urethane for non structuralleaking cracks and epoxy for structuralcracks.
The high pressureprocess is the best becausethe urethane groutis squeezed all
the way through the wall to the outside and forms a permanent flexible repair.
WE can stop flowing water. We work in residential basements, underground
parkades, wastewater tanks, potablewater cisterns and anywhereconcrete is
damaged. WE give a 20 year written guarantee that is transferableto a new
owner.
We also expose rebar and mitigate rustas well as grind and pargenew concrete.
We install structuralstraps. Wedo some horizontalsurfacerepairs such as salt
damaged steps.
We have 24 hour emergency servicefor active leaks.
We charge $550 for the first8’ crack and $400 for the second at the same time
and samelocation. We will remove furnitureand drywallat an additional cost of
$125 for a 2 man crew. We work out of town with a travel time of $125/hr.
Our men are qualified and experienced. We have an A1 rating with the Better
Business Bureau. We have all safety equipment and training. We carry WCBand 2
million contractor’s liability.
