Second-year graduate student studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology at West Chester University. My attraction to this field lies within its application of psychological principles in organizational settings as a means to enhance the performance and effectiveness of human beings in the workplace. I am very focused on working within the various aspects of organizational change, specifically the elements of performance management, such as training & development, performance appraisals, and job analysis.
