I'm a project manager with a digital and service design background interested in the relation between social design, innovative services and digital tools in business scenarios. I love to conceptualize and design new services for customers and citizens that deliver a positive social impact whilst making good business sense. I like to be in deep exploration throughout the lifecycle of service design, from co-design, prototyping, UX design and user testing through to the creation of communication and branding material that really bring services and enterprises to life.
