Redline Acquires TextUps
With great enthusiasm we announce the majority acquisition of TextUps LLC by Redline Automotive
Merchandising LLC as of May first.
“TextUps was already a booming business." says Redline CEO and Founder, Marc Rubino. "Redline's goal is
simple; inject our network and new technology into TextUps; ensuring our continuation as the leader in SMS
lead-generations within the automotive industry."
TextUps' founder and managing partner, John McKinnon, will remain as a partner in the corporation, taking on the new
title of Vice President. His role will continue as innovator, facilitator and manager of day-to-day business activities.

By acquiring TextUps, Redline gains control of a leading SMS and QR Code lead-generation company.

advancements, support and development expertise, and hundreds of potential clients.

Redline Automotive Merchandising LLC is wholly owned by Marc Rubino (CEO / Founder) and Ryan Matejka
(COO / Partner). Redline provides on-lot data collection including vehicle data, photos and video for over 350
car dealerships in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware . With more than 70 employees and 10+ contractors
