Dear Mr. Pinney,
I am writing this letter to commend my Walsworth Sales Representative, Marc Easley. I
changed yearbook publishers after four years with Jostens Publishing, primarily because
it was difficult getting “in person” help from the local reps, but, also, because I felt that
the quality of the product was diminishing.
The format of compiling the Walsworth yearbook is a little different from what I have
been accustomed to, and Marc has made the transition easy. Each time that I have
contacted him with a question, he comes in person to follow up on any problem that I
might be experiencing. He has, on occasion, stopped by to just see how things are going.
I appreciate such personal attention. We are a very small school, therefore a small
account, but I feel that Marc gives us the same attention as he does his larger clients.
My only regret is that I will probably pass the yearbook sponsorship to another teacher
and do not feel that I should make the decision to renew our contract for next year. Marc
has done such an excellent job representing your company that unless I am very
disappointed in the final product, and I do not anticipate that I will be, I will strongly
recommend that we use your company again.
It is a pleasure working with someone who is as dedicated to customer service and
customer satisfaction as Marc Easley.
Sincerely,
Helen J. Dingman
