Mamaye is an International Consultant/Managing Partner for Arbenger International Consulting (AIC). He is a former US Department of State Foreign Affairs Officer. He most recently served as sole political and economic officer for Guinea-Bissau in the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, Senegal and as the Director of the Narcotics Affairs Section in the U.S. Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria.
