MadgeTech's AVS140-1 and AVS140-6 Autoclave Validation Logging Systems, feature the HiTemp140 and PR140
temperature and pressure data loggers, as well as MadgeTech 4 Secure Software. The AVS140 data logging
systems are turn-key solutions for autoclave validation needs, providing all the tools and making it extremely easy to
get up and running.
The AVS140-1 has a NIST traceable high temperature data logger and the MadgeTech Secure Data Logger
Software to help users comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance rules. The HiTemp140 high temperature data
logger is a rugged tool capable of performing in harsh environments. Made of stainless steel, the device is
submersible and can withstand the high temperatures required for sterilization within an autoclave. The device
provides time stamped data and can store up to 32,700 data readings. The non-volatile solid state memory provides
data retention in the event of exhausting the battery life of the logger.
The MadgeTech 4 Secure Software data files are the legal and regulatory equivalent of paper records. This secure
software has been designed to meet the requirements demanded by FDA 21 CFR Part 11, with regard to access
codes, secure data, electronic signatures and audit trials, making it easier for users to ensure compliance. Because
of this, the AVS140 systems can save significant time and labor while offering peace of mind.
The AVS140-6 includes 5 HiTemp140 data loggers and 1 PR140 high temperature pressure data logger. Custom
combinations are available upon request with a variety of different probe lengths or combination pressure and
temperature data loggers. The PR140- NPT is designed with a built in NPT port, can withstand high temperatures
(140 °C / 284 °F), is submersible and is capable of taking readings as often as once every second.
Both the AVS140-6 and the AVS140-1 systems come with docking stations providing easy access to MadgeTech
Software and quick download capability. With these data logging systems, monitoring autoclave performance
becomes simple. The data captured by the data loggers can be easily accessed and presented in a variety of reports
