rebuilding north campus(old structures+ failing ventilation
systems, etc)

and Haggett being rebuilt.
Housing pricesbeing lowered by looking intotriplesand
quadruples(we arein the lower third tier as far as prices
for residenciesin the nation, so we arealready low)
