I’moffering a free precise walk throughInspection with notes and pictures of all the defects
and dated items that either needs to be repaired, changed or just refreshed with a thorough
cleaning. I will advise and discuss with the home owner and the Real Estate agent the different
options to remediate the situations with maximum returns at the lowest costpossible.
I will offer my 30 years of renovation and design experience services free of chargein
exchange of the renovation contractand I will help sourcethe materials at contractor’s prices.
I will not be charging company prices but just daily Handy Man prices to make it more
affordableto the home owner and to have ongoing business between us.
After completing the walk through inspection, I would like to offer a complete Sellers
Inspection Report for thelow price of $250 which includes pictures emailed to the home
owner of all the addressed issues and a hard copy in a binder to display for all the interested
buyers.
