increase the rent that you can take for your Property, so we
advice you to build them into the greatest possible number of
Areas. If you need to raise additional funds, the Bank may give
you a loan against plots for construction. You should always
strictly follow the instructions on the cards of the Public Coffers
and Chances. Sometimes you can end up in prison
