2. SUMMARY
The CLINIQUE ESTHETIQUE AQUITAINE in Bordeaux, Clinic and
Medical Spa, is dedicated to the global and personalised approach in
aesthetic, anti aging, and well being.
After treatments for weight loss such as liposuction, lipolysis or
hyperprotein diet, we faced the problem of weight stabilisation.
Indeed patients with overweight of 10 kg or more usually show food
addictions (excess appetite, compulsions for food, sugar, fat...) and
anxiety.
Because of these food addictions, leading to consume too many
calories compared to body needs, the benefit of treatments for
weight loss are often lost after some weeks or some months.
THE KEY OF WEIGHT STABILISATION ON A LONG TERM IS TO
TREAT THESE FOOD ADDICTIONS SO THAT THE PATIENT
ADOPTS A FOOD BEHAVIOUR MATCHING HIS/HER BODY
NEEDS.
The objective of LUXOPUNCTURE is to regulate hormonal levels of
serotonin, endorphines and dopamin, controlling food behaviour, so
that, associated to dietetic recommendations, the patient adopts a
food intake matching the body needs, thus stabilising his/her weight
on a long term basis.
