Anders Lundell is employed at Ericsson Communication Software Research and
Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (RDC). RDC is a Product Development
Company within the business segment Network Operators and Service Providers.
Since Anders is ending his contract, he has asked me to provide him with a

Anders has been working with RDC since June 1997. Since 3rd of September 1997
he has been employed at RDC (GCE-Contract, placed in Shanghai) as part of the
taskforce team who had the mission to establish Ericsson’s first R&D Center in Asia.
During the establishment of RDC, he has been an initiator and driving force for
building a very effective R&D organization based on teamwork. This includes both
planning for an office environment suitable for teamwork, and as one of his main
tasks; establish project and order office within RDC.
By using his capability, Anders has become an excellent member of RDC Executive
