In new millennium digital world, we took too seriously the binary paradigm. Business thinks of technology as a nerd problem, and IT is forced to see in the new 3 letter acronym the killer app of the (next 15 min) future. I think we need Bruce Sterling's "wranglers" to manage the cost/opportunity balance and the cognitive load. Technology has a crazy pace, we know well. But business is moving fast in the post-fordist age, and we all - living in district/cluster systems - know well: we never had a golden fordist age.
