1. If we walk by a child and don’t
acknowledge them, we rob them of a little
piece of their dignity. Here are ways we
maintain dignity at Lincoln:
• We get to know kids – their hobbies,
their home life, their dreams.
• How many Pow-wows have you been to?
(or recitals, ball games, plays,
parades…) – Tons!
• We acknowledge good behavior in
hallways, lunch line, AM assembly, etc.
