İstanbul denince ilk akla gelen semtlerden biri olan Şişli ve Nişantaşı’nın
ortasında yepyeni bir proje yükseliyor. Halaskargazi, Rumeli ve Valikonağı
caddelerinin kalbinde yer alan Lotus Nişantaşı; konut, ofis, otel ve AVM’den
oluşan kapsamlı bir proje. Şehrin en prestijli noktası Nişantaşı’na farklı bir renk
katacak olan projenin müteahhitliğini Bertuğbey İnşaat, mimari tasarımını ise
Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık üstlendi. Dokuz bin metrekarelik bir arazi üzerine yayılan
Lotus Nişantaşı, toplam 97 bin metrekarelik inşaat alanına sahip. Kurulduğu
alanda yer alan eski eserlerin renovasyonunu da kapsayan Lotus Nişantaşı,
İstanbul’un bu tarihi semtinin geleneksel mimarisiyle uyum sağlyacak şekilde
tasarlandı. Projenin en dikkat çekici detaylarından biri, yepyeni bir alışveriş ve
yaşam deneyimi sunan Lotus Walk. Farklı materyallerin bir arada kullanıldığı
çizgiüstü ve lüks tasarımı, her detayına özen gösterilerek tasarlanan peyzajı
ve geniş sosyal alanlarıyla göz dolduran Lotus Walk, şehrin içinde nefes alma
ve sosyalleşme imkanı sunan avlu konseptine modern ve yaratıcı bir yorum
getiriyor.
A new project rises in Nişantaşı, Şişli, one of the first districts that come to
mind when talking about Istanbul. Located in the heart of Halaskargazi, Rumeli,
and Valikonağı Streets, Lotus Nişantaşı is a comprehensive project comprising
residences, offices, a hotel, and a shopping mall. Aiming to add a new color to
Nişantaşı, the city’s most prestigious neighborhood, the project’s contractor is
Bertuğbey İnşaat and it was designed by Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık. Spanning 9,000
square meters, Lotus Nişantaşı has a total construction site of 97,000 square
meters. Consisting of the renovation of the historical heritage in its site, Lotus
Nişantaşı was designed to be in harmony with this historic district’s traditional
architecture. One of the highlights of the project is Lotus Walk which offers a
brand-new shopping and living experience. With the above-the-line and luxury
design using various materials, meticulous landscaping, and vast social spaces,
Lotus Walk offers a modern and creative interpretation of the courtyard concept
which provides an opportunity to relax and socialize in the city.

19. Avrupa kent mimarisinin öne çıkan unsurlarından biri olan avlu ve meydanlar,
kentsel yaşamın olmazsa olmaz parçasıdır. İnsanları bir araya getiren; alışveriş,
yemek ve dinlenme mekanlarını bir arada sunarak şehrin içinde nefes alma ve
sosyalleşme imkanı sunan avlu konsepti, Lotus Walk’ta modern bir yorumla
hayata geçiriliyor. Yaya erişimini desteklemek amacıyla binaların arasında
saklı orta alanlardan kamusal buluşma noktaları elde etme fikriyle ele alınan
projede, iç avlular etrafında yer alan binaların özellikle sokak kotunda ticaret,
yeme içme ve buluşmaya zemin hazırlayan birimler yer alıyor. Bu kentsel karma
yapılanmada alışveriş, ticaret, konut ve otel işlevlerine dengeli biçimde yer
veriliyor. Avludan geçerek erişimi kolaylaştırma, yapının kendi dinamiğinde
olduğu gibi çevre ve kent dokusuyla da özel bir denge yaratıyor.
Courtyards and squares, essential elements of European urban architecture, are
indispensable to city life. Offering a chance to relax and socialize in the city while
bringing together shopping, dining and relaxing venues, the courtyard concept is
reinterpreted in a modern way at Lotus Walk. Designed to create public meeting
places out of shared spaces hidden among buildings in order to offer pedestrian
access, the project has buildings around the inner courtyards with units eligible
for commerce, dining, and meeting, especially those on street level. This urban
mixed construct opens new spaces for shopping, commerce, residence, and
hotel functions on a balanced level. Offering easy access via courtyards, the
structure creates a special concord in terms of both its own dynamic and the
surrounding urban texture.

Terrazzo, which is used on
the floor and commands
attention with its different color
combinations, is one of the
characteristic features of Lotus
Walk. A traditional material,
terrazzo brings a contemporary
air to Lotus Walk with surprising
color and pattern combinations.

üzerinden giriş yapılan
zemin kat; restoran ve
kafeler, oturma alanları ve
sokak bağlantılarıyla yarı
açık bir kamusal alan olarak
tasarlandı.Zeminde kullanılan
doğal taşlar, banklar, doğal
bitkilerin kullanıldığı peyzaj ve
yine bitkilerle renklendirilen
enstalasyonlarla, iç ve dış
mekanın iç içe geçtiği, nefes
alan ve yaşayan bir avlu
konsepti oluşturuldu.
Bu alanda yer alan şeffaf
kanopiler hem gün
ışığından maksimum ölçüde
yararlanmayı hem de alt
katlara kesintisiz ışık geçişini
sağladı. Böylelikle tüm
katlarda aydınlık ve modern
bir atmosfer elde edildi.
The ground floor, accessible
on Halaskargazi Street, is
designed as a semi-open
public space with restaurants,
cafés, sitting areas, and street
connections. The natural
stones on the floor, benches,
landscape of natural plants,
and installations enriched
with flora helped create a
breathing and living courtyard
where the interior and the
exterior are intertwined.
The transparent canopies
in this area enable both
maximum use of sunlight and
uninterrupted filtering of light
to lower floors, providing
all floors with a well-lit and
modern atmosphere.

35. Lotus Walk projesinin vitrinlerinde, şık ve
dekoratif görünümüyle dikkat çeken
eloksallı alüminyum, asansör ve yürüyen
merdiven yüzeylerinde ışık geçiren ve
aydınlatma elemanı olarak da kullanılabilecek
olan akrilik malzeme, tavanlarında ise ferah
ve geniş alanlar yaratılmasını sağlayan
kompozit malzemeler kullanıldı. Kolonlarda
kullanılan metal dokunuşlar, Lotus Walk’un
modern kimliğiyle birebir uyum sağladı.
As part of the Lotus Walk project, showcases
were designed with anodized aluminum
known for its stylish and decorative look,
the surface of elevators and escalators with
acrylic materials which can filter light and be
used as elements of lighting, and the ceilings
with composite materials that provide ample
and refreshing spaces. The metal touches
on the columns are in perfect harmony with
Lotus Walk’s modern identity.
