VIP is launching a new and complete 3 valve manifold
specifically designed to be installed on to Fan Coils and
other terminal units. Our solution is flexible in its
configuration and regulating characteristics.
It simplifies unit maintenance, permitting its
disassembly without having to empty the entire
system. The unit provides lower leak potential due to
there being fewer joints, with the 3 isolating valves
being integral.
The unit provides a significant reduction in site labour
and installation costs.

Actuated PICV and
Y-Strainer c/w Drain.
The Belimo PICV can be

FLUSHING
By closing the bypass and the Return valve it is
possible to perform a “Forward Flushing” of the
strainer.
By closing the bypass and Flow valve (and with clean
fluid in the system) it is also possible to perform a
“Back Flushing” of the system, by forcing the flow of
the fluid back into the heat exchanger before it is
drained through the strainer.
Or
FLUSHING WITH DRAIN TEST POINTS
By using drain test points on both sides it is possible
to clean the unit independently from the line’s
regular working conditions.
