Wanted to be an aeronautical engineer but ended up in RMG sector. Still happy to be the part of such a challenging industry where I get opportunity to work with the poorest workers who would have been starving most of their days without the presence of garment factories in Bangladesh. Can not tolerate child labor but I have witnessed this many time, could not stop it as I never were able to offer any alternative for those unfortunate beautiful faces. The pain remains in heart with a hope, one day we will stop it.
