- Novice Sales Representatives will go through Instructor Led Sales Training.

- Bob will complete Self Paced Modules 1 & 2 by midnight.
- Day 3 – In the Field Training. Set Up Accounts and Use Virtual Training Space, Module 3.
- A full day in the field pairing novice with experienced Sales Representatives.
- The training will prepare the Sales Representatives for both Face to Face and Virtual Contact communication.
- Experienced Sales Representatives have the option to take Module 3
- Day 4 – Learn on The Go System, Your Work, SL/Olive or Protosphere, Modules 4-6
- Day 4 Sales Representative will use Your Work and the Virtual Meeting environment.
- The Learn on The Go System provides updates, product/client information, and much more.
- Modules 4-6 cover sales techniques with Contractors, Big Box and Independent Stores.
