The purpose of research was to recognize the characteristics of

5. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Our audience was start uppers
The method of our interviews was face to face because:
1. Keep Focus
2. Accurate screening we understand their feelings better from tone of their
voice
3. Capture behaviors
4. Longer questionnaires possible
We collect data, which translates and interpret, through qualitative research and
conclude.

9. Α FOREWORD
They are students and have an idea which try to actualize through
Impact Hub.
Their idea arise from personal need and for this reason they are
very enthusiastic with their start up. They deal with a lot of
problems in the beginning which occupy them until now. They
are famous from social media and diverse interviews.

αυτή τη γίγα που παίζουνε, παίζουνε

They were happy, agreeable, communicative, open-minded.
They were creative, active, innovative.
They search stimulus for continue their start up.
Skills: They want to learn all the time , to work hard, to not give
up, to be pacients.
12. PSYCHOGRAPHICS
1) Record of chronicle work
They search people which are interested about this attempt, be agreeable, have
energy and will (θέληση) and like volunteering. They were beginners and have
problems with bureaucracy. When have an idea, to continue , to not give up, not to
be afraid that you will fail and be ready to start. They are interested about the team
because the team is a key for develop their start ups and after is the vision. Without
team , the vision does not function. They emphasize the cooperation among teams .
2) Technology
They communicated their ideas among social media, facebook and interviews and
help them the technology to continue their attempt. They want first to work hard
their product and after to promote it via technology.
13. SKILLS
There are young trying in a difficult period economically and socially to develop
their start up. Their Philosophy is to help the society to be bounce back
(anakamptw) and solve severe problems. They focus to society a operational
function. They volunteer and do not interested profit.
They are hacker for example they want to explore the world, to change things and
ideology, to do many jobs, to be creative, to be useful in the society and have a
different style. Moreover, develop their spirit and knowledge.
14. PSYCHOGRAPHICS - PROJECTIVE
TECHNICS
They contribute for the society, be different, are interested about many
things(ψαγμένοι). They have a different style.
They criticsize themselves like people which change always jobs, walk differently,
not to be interested about money but to help the society.
They are determined for their attempt and have passion with their jobs.

The methodology that we use it was face to face
Their ideas came from personal need
They mostly are creative , active and enthusiastic
They are will and doing volunteering
