This period is characterized by changing weather, days still worm but
getting shorter and nights become longer and colder, this affect
agriculture for example, Salicornia start to bloom, Basil can suffer from
Mildew and Marjoram and Oregano might suffers from black leaf’s.

2. CHEVIL
The Chervil needs cold temp’ and we get it now only on desert in the
south of Israel. Quantities are limited
Despite the weather conditions, they grow in large quantities and in
high quality.
PARSLEY & DILL
CORIANDER
This Growth is sensitive to weather changes and his consume in the
domestic market is high, therefor we expect shortage this week.

ROSEMARY, THYME & SAGE
Large quantities very nice quality
MINT
Demand increasing in the European market, the quantity of produce
corresponds to consumption.
Most of the Mint been grown in open fields and as a result is stronger
and greener, but Its leaves are smaller, and the stems are woodier.
SALICORNIA
Nice Volume and good quality. There’s a fear of Blooming starting but
we are trying to overcome it by agriculture methods.
CHIVES
production still only from Africa
Africa - due to a cloudy weather and rains, we expect reduce in
quantity at Mint, Coriander, Dill and Tarragon. Chives still can be
reach in good quality.
** In November there will be price adjustments due to increase
in logistic air freight along with growing costs**
3. PEPPERS
Our growers began planting and preparing the peppers season

LEMONS
We are export several varieties of lemon: Urika Interdonato and Vila
Franka. Summer lemon markets from mid-June to September,
winter lemon markets from January to April.
This week we will send the last shipment, that ends the summer
season

The season ended
POMEGRANATES
Export pomegranates continue with the Hershkowitz and 116
varieties. These varieties are Dark red color and with big fruit
(sizes 6,7,8,9 pack at 5 kg carton)
In Israel, the pomegranate is one of the symbols of the
beginning of the Jewish year and its demand in the local market
is very high
