About: Come and join me and connect with others in a small group setting to ‘navigate
change’. In the workshop we will explore transition through art therapy processes which will
include meditation, mindfulness, breathing exercises, journaling and sharing in a supportive
group. Working with art in this way allows you to bypass your rational mind to allow your
intuition and imagination to guide you to deeper insights and meaning. The nature of the
group will be both fun, light, deep and healing (a paradox?) ~ come and see for yourself!

What? Navigating change is a 3 hour transpersonal art therapy
Workshop facilitated by Lena Wegenaar (qualified Transpersonal art therapist).
* No artistic skills required ~ bring an open mind and a willingness to express your truth.
Cost: The workshop is $55 and includes all materials and a half hour tea break with
homemade biscuits.
