This document discusses Lapp's solution for providing power cables for integrating a 10MW photovoltaic system. Lapp supplied weather-resistant string cables for rigging up solar panels and transferring DC power to the main junction box. The UL-certified, sunlight-resistant cables have high thermal capacity for long-lasting, maintenance-free operation and are flexible while electrically able to carry high voltages of up to 1800VDC. Lapp offered a competitively priced solution using sophisticated, high safety standard cables that are high-temperature resistant up to 120 degrees C and UV-resistant, providing great return on investment.
