Feed back evaluation
For A05 you must write a report to the client responding to the feedback they have given you
during/after the presentation.

Complete these activities

   1) Immediately after the presentation fill in the Presentation Evaluation feedback form
      (attached).
   2) Annotate or write up a response to the questionnaire the client completed.

THE ABOVE TWO MUST FEED INTO THE BIT BELOW

   3) Write a report outlining the following:
Identifying potential improvements that you make to your plan based on the feedback.
This must be a well developed answer – full paragraphs, relevant imagery, charts and
      graphs.

      TIPS
Compile the key points from your own feedback evaluation and the response for
      questions.
Use these points to structure your response. Take each aspect that needs developing
      and offer solutions and ideas.

      E.g.
1 Social media could be utilised more effectively
The client believe that the campaign was not using social networking sites such as
Facebook and Twitter effectively. Currently the campaign uses a Twitter competition to
increase followers. The client believes that more interaction needs to encourage in
order to develop a community feel.
To develop this the campaign could have the following:
      a) Quiz with first answer getting a prize (develop further)
      b) Ongoing discussions
      c) Best joke will be retweeted or FF
      d) Twitter exclusive offers

THE MORE DEVELOPED THE REPORT AND THE BETTER USE OF IMAGERY – THE
      BETTER THE MARK

DO THIS ON WORD/PAGES – CALL IT ‘CLIENT REPORT’
FEEDBACK EVALUATION

WHAT DID THE CLIENT BELIEVE WERE THE STRONGEST PARTS OF YOUR
PRESENTATION?

WHAT DID THE CLIENT BELIEVE SHOULD BE IMPROVED OR DEVELOPED?

ON REFLECTION – WHICH ASPECTS OF THE PLAN DID YOU FEEL WERE BEST
RECEIVED (while you were presenting did other ideas occur to you)
