1. Reason for Recognition: Trust the team
To: Krishna Nair
The Atlas development team has been met with many challenges through
the course of the year, Krishna has not only steered us through these
hurdles, and he has utilized members of the team in the process. Often
you are met with managers who don’t understand the assets of the indi-
vidual team members and struggle with how to leverage them in times of
urgency. Krishna is the complete opposite; He stepped in rolled up his
sleeves and started learning each member of the team, determining their
strengths, providing opportunities where he trusted team members to uti-
lize those strengths, and he set up opportunities for all to grow to a place
where we win in the end. For this I say Thank you for truly being a man-
ager who makes each team member feel valued.
