The erosion of property rights in the last 15 years has been alarming. Judges, lawmakers and regulators have gravely diminished the “bundle of rights” guaranteed to land owners in this great Country. The need to protect those rights has intensified as we watch the very lawmakers we elect to represent us and protect our rights lead the charge in the destruction of the right to own and use real property.
