I oversee the administration and program development of the internship initiative at Birmingham-Southern College, which lives under the rise3 office, an experiential learning opportunity for students. I have collaboratively built the program over the past year into a centralized, streamlined process for our faculty and students. I work "on the ground"​ with our students, as a career coach and advisor as they pursue various internship opportunities related to their academic and professional goals, and I work "above ground"​ developing aspects of the program to make the framework more robust and increase the program's prestige.
