With roots all the way back to the end of the 1970´s,
Aquila Triventek A/S is a company with long traditions
of high quality work, superior products and specialist
innovation in the industry.

unusual that we come up with a specialist suggestion

brand name in the business is worth.
Producing, developing and servicing professional high
pressure cleaning equipment since 1979, Aquila has
built an enviable reputation and is offering ease of
operation, reliability and high performance for use in
many specialist cleaning applications.
In the year 2010, Aquila was merged together with
the dry ice and duct cleaning equipment company
Triventek A/S.
At that time Triventek A/S had 10+ years of experience
in developing and producing high quality machines for
both dry ice blasting & production which complimented
the high pressure products from Aquila in the best way.
In addition to the more than 70 different standard
models of professional high pressure cleaners and
various dry ice machinery, Aquila Triventek A/S also
manufactures and distributes duct cleaning equipment
for cleaning ventilation systems in both industrial, com-
mercial, healthcare and domestic buildings worldwide.
Aquila Triventek A/S is owned by the British Hotchkiss
group of companies.

High Pressure Cleaning
Based on a wide range of superior standard high pressure cleaners for
the professional user, ranging from pressures of 140 to 1700 bars, Aquila
Triventek A/S can offer vast knowhow and extensive expertise.
Aquila Triventek A/S has for many years been the
innovative leader in the high pressure cleaning busi-
ness.
We are the market leader on the Scandinavia market.
We also cover most of Europe and parts of the South
Pacific.
New markets are always interesting. We do however
need to ensure proficient service possibilities to service
our customers everywhere we deliver an Aquila high
pressure cleaner.
All standard Aquila high pressure cleaners are devel-
oped on the background of many years of experience
in the high pressure cleaning market and in coopera-
tion with our customers and the skilled and very experi-
enced service engineers at Aquila Triventek.
All high pressure cleaners produced at the factory in
Nørre Aaby, Denmark go through a thorough function
test before they are shipped to the customer.
We wish to ensure that every Aquila high pressure
cleaner is able to serve our customers from day one.
In close cooperation with clients, Aquila Triventek also
develops and manufactures custom-made high pres-
sure cleaners for very specific use in extraordinary
situations.
E.g. special cases such as:
• Rail track cleaner for the Norwegian Oslo Metro.
• Hydraulic high pressure cleaner built-into an ex-
cavator bucket for cleaning of bung-plates for the
London Thames Water project.
• 100% toxic free weed-killing steam machine, run-
ning on SPUMA® sugar mixture - and many more.

Dry Ice Blasting
The emphasis is put on sustainability, affordability and effectiveness.
Dry ice, when used as a cleaning medium in the same
way as high pressure water cleaning or sandblasting,
has many special advantages.
Dry ice is solid at -79°C. You can blast clean without
leaving residue or a fluent liquid behind. Dry ice simply
‘sublimes’ directly back into CO2
gas without going
through a liquid phase leaving no polluted water, sand,
grit or other blasting media to dispose of - the only
disposable item is the cleaned off dirt from your
cleaned subject.
A combination of cold and expanding gas effects, serve
to flush contaminants off the substrate without being
abrasive or using solvents or toxic chemicals.
Often complex protection, disassembly and re-assem-
bly can be avoided giving massive job time reductions
and improved quality.
Applications range from gentle mild cleaning of ex-
tremely delicate and difficult to clean subjects such as
the cleaning of fire-damaged articles, electrical instal-
lations and biological mold removal to heavy industrial
cleaning projects such as cast mold cleaning in tyre
production, cleaning the printing rolls in a printing
works and many more.

Dry Ice Production
With the patented Aquila Triventek range of dry ice production equipment
new market opportunities are emerging.
Dry ice has long been considered an alternative media
for chilling.
Cold chain operating industries are increasingly turning
to dry ice to maintain vital cold temperatures during
transportation of frozen food, bio-pharmaceuticals,
specimens and other high value products which must be
kept cool.
Dry ice is also used to supplement other forms of cooling
such as water ice for fish, refrigerated multi-drop trucks,
and as portable ‘coolth’ in e.g. airline catering trolleys.
But until now it has not been possible either logistically
or commercially to produce your own dry ice consump-
tion.
The revolutionary solution developed and patented by
Aquila Triventek is on-site production using the PE80
pelletizer together with the RE80 recovery unit. This
is in term high quality dry ice ‘on tap’ and in the exact
quantity you need.
The unique Aquila Triventek RE80 Recovery unit
recaptures and converts liquid CO2
to dry ice with
unprecedented efficiency due to a patented single-sta-
ge process. It is an affordable tool for increasing profits
and reducing cost which gives the whole idea of own
dry ice production a new perspective.
In an automatic process system losses due to sublima-
tion during transport, storage and handling can almost
be eliminated.

Duct Cleaning
A dirty duct system cannot supply clean air.
If ducts were made of glass there would be no question
as to whether they should be cleaned or not.
Aquila Triventek engineers have been building, and
using, duct cleaning equipment since 1982, and in this

Ventilation system hygiene and the condition of kitchen
exhaust ducting can be properly inspected using high
quality inspection tools.
Trunking can be decontaminated effectively and
