I've almost 5 years of experience in software development. I'm currently working as Lead Software Engineer for Wanclouds Inc. which is based in San Jose, CA. In this job I not only lead a team in projects but I also have to work independently when ever it is needed. I also carry out meetings with offshore clients through audio and video conferencing and emails.
