Kevin McLaughlin is the Chief Operations Officer of the Ward Group. Kevin brings more than ten years of experience and expertise in the management and collection of consumer and commercial debt. At the Ward Group he manages the full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties in a wide variety of areas including information technology, property management procurement, training and client relationship management.
