Based on the protester's January 6, 2015 e‐mail response (attached), the protester has demonstrated that it is an
interested party with regard to the above‐referenced protest as the e‐mail contains an apparent proposal for the
solicitation at issue. Therefore, the agency's motion to dismiss in the above‐referenced protest is denied.
With regard to B‐410920, agency counsel has indicated that the solicitation may in fact be cancelled and is seeking to
confirm that information. The agency report for B‐410920 remains suspended pending further resolution.
