Hello;
It seems like just yesterday that we were first opening
the doors to the brewery. We have come a long way in
the short amount of time we've been here and we plan
on going a lot further. We hope you're coming with us.
This month we are going to aim the lime light towards
our menu. If you have tried our dishes, you know that
Lynn puts together a mean meal-- if you have yet to try
something, well, what are you waiting for?
Using the highest quality ingredients, Lynn artfully
pieces together some of the best dishes in the area. She
also uses products from our neighbors over at 45th
Parallel (http://45thparalleldistillery.com) to create some
of our beloved meals. (Brie & Blue, Welsh Aged
Cheddar, Beef and Ham, Old 8 Porter Caramel Sundae,
for example).
We offer the following dietary options upon request:

-Lacto-Vegetarian

-Homemade Beer Ice-cream (Tim's Coffee Hazelnut
Porter, Toasted Porter S'mores, Sweet Corn with Patriot
Fruit Salsa)
Along with our new menu items, we have also added
umbrellas to the patio. Of course this is a great relief-- all of
us can now relax comfortably outside without the pesky sun.

tap Friday, July 1st at the
brewery. Fill up a growler
