I am a second year ELA teacher and yearbook adviser at Oak Hills High School. As a teacher, I believe that each student is capable of greatness and innovation. They simply need the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths. I design our classroom instruction with this in mind. Students are provided with instruction that develops 21st-century skills, promotes autonomy, provides opportunities for meaningful cross content product creation, requires innovation, increases efficacy and engagement.
