8. Podiatric Surgeon
Mr Kaser Nazir is a Consultant Podiatric Foot Surgeon with more than 14 years
NHS experience. He holds an NHS post as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon at Guys
& St Thomas’ NHS trust and performs reconstructive and corrective foot and ankle
surgery. He also leads departmental audit & research ensuring that the department
is consistent in providing a modern and high quality foot and ankle service.
Mr. Nazir qualified from the London Foot Hospital and School of Podiatric Medicine,
part of University College London Medical School in 2001. Subsequently gaining his
Fellowship in Podiatric Foot Surgery after his surgical training in London, Surrey &
Norfolk, as well as an externship at St Francis Hospital in Hartford CT in the USA.
Mr. Nazir provides private foot & ankle consultations for Foot & Ankle problems,
including Lower Limb Musculoskeletal complaints at 27 Harley Street, BMI London
Independent Hospital and the Cadogan Clinic. He is the Clinical Director of London
Foot & Ankle Surgery with a vision to provide a modern approach to treating foot
and ankle problems using the very latest diagnostic techniques and treatments,
allowing consistent and successful outcomes and thus, quicker recovery and return
to your desired activity. He uses an open and honest evidence based approach with
all his patients within comfortable and relaxed surrounding, allowing you to make
informed choices about your foot and ankle treatment options.
He has a special interest in sports injuries and also treats professional sport men
and women. MrNazir attempts to resolve your problem non-surgically wherever
possible and has developed specialist ultrasound guided injection techniques to aid
accurate diagnosis and non-surgical treatment.
9. Amir Saipoor graduated 2010 from Karolinska Institutet, a prestigious
medical university in Stockholm, Sweden. Has since then worked in
clinical practice, both in the Swedish Healthcare and NHS in the United
Kingdom. Amir has extensive experience in treating various conditions
affecting the lower limb and has specialised in foot surgical procedures
especially in high risk diabetic and rheumatoid patients. Amir is actively
attending continual professional development modules and has an MSc
in Podiatric Medicine from University of Brighton.
Podiatrists
Adnan Nazir is a member of the Society of Podiatrists, UK and is fully
registered with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Podiatrist
with certificate in prescriptions only medicines. He qualified from The
University of Northampton, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in
Podiatry, which involved training in leading institutes and hospitals.
During Adnan’s professional career he has worked both in the NHS and
private health care. Adnan comes with a wide clinical background and
experience in foot related problems with specialist interest in sports
related injury, diabetic foot management and gait analysis.
10. Noor Janahi is a consultant Podiatrist practicing Podiatry in the
Kingdom of Bahrain. She Obtained her Bachelor of Science in
Podiatry from Queen Margaret Universality in Edinburgh in 2005.
Noor has extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, operating upon
and prescribing for a wide range of foot and ankle pathologies. She
has developed a huge interest in the field of Podiatric surgery and
therefore expanded her scope of practice through enrolling into the
Podiatric Surgery course and gained Postgraduate Diploma with
Distinction in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery (2007), and the Primary
Fellowship of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery (2006).
She has worked individually to develop the profession of Podiatry in
her country, and established the first Podiatry clinic (public and private)
within the Bahrain Defence Force Hospital
Her main interests are managing sports related foot injuries using the
latest available techniques such as Ultrasound guided injections and
PRP, and the prevention and management of high risk patients such
as patients with diabetic foot disease
Noor’s interest in clinical research and training development allowed
her to continue her academic career and obtain a Doctoral degree in
health sciences where she investigated neurological manifestations in
patients with diabetic foot disease. She has a number of published
articles and is continuously involved in part time teaching in
universities inside and outside her country.
Noor has been a member of the London Foot Clinic since 2013 where
she focused on expanding the services of the clinic to the Middle East
region starting from Bahrain and the United Arabs Emirates.
11. Radiologists
Dr. Syed Babar is a Consultant Radiologist and lead specialist in musculoskeletal,
orthopedic & rheumatological imaging at the Hammersmith Hospital. He is a
Senior Lecturer at Imperial College, London, and also runs private diagnostic and
interventional clinics at a number of locations across London. Dr Babar has
expertise in a number of modalities including MRI & Ultrasound scanning.
Dr. Babar trained in Radiology at the Royal Free Hospital in London and did his
fellowship in body MRI imaging at St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London.
Dr Qaiser Malik is a consultant MSK radiologist. He leads the MSK imaging service
and has introduced many innovative treatment pathways including PRP injections.
He is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at UCL Medical School. He was awarded
the prestigious ‘Top Teacher Award’ 2015 for his commitment to teaching.
Dr Malik has a specialist interest in MSK Sports Imaging and has provided expert
imaging for elite athletes, including international cricketers, premier league and
championship footballers and top 10 tennis players.
12. Sports Medicine
Dr Usama Jannoun is a Foundation Fellow, Examiner, and
Appraiser for the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine
and is a member of the International Spinal Intervention
Society. He has worked with sportsmen and recreational
athletes for over 15 years in the UK and abroad and brings
with him a wealth of clinic experience. His private practice
focuses around specialist assessment and treatment for
sports related injuries with special interest. Dr Jannoun
sees patients of all levels and differing sporting activities,
from the recreational and professional athlete to the
international and Olympic athlete. He served as a
Consultant Sports Physician at the 2012 London Olympics
and Paralympics working in a team of leading doctors
covering the Judo and Wrestling tournaments and was also
based at the Olympic Village Polyclinic looking after the
athletes attending with various injuries incurred during the
games.
13. Physiotherapy
Umana Noordeen qualified as a physiotherapist in 2004
from the University of Birmingham with honours and
went onto complete her Masters in Advanced
Physiotherapy in 2009. She is a highly experienced
musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 10 years of
practice working with various institutions in the Maldives
and the UK. In addition to private practice Umana’s
interest in sports physiotherapy has led her to work with
athletes ranging from track and field Olympic medallists
to amateur marathon runners. Umana is the lead
physiotherapist for the Maldives Olympic committee and
looked after the team at the London 2012 Olympics and
Glasgow 2014 Common Wealth Games.

She has extensive experience in marketing strategies and

marketing. She was one of the founding members of the
London Foot Clinic after leaving her career with Chalhoub
Group in Dubai, UAE.
She has ensured that effective relationship with
stakeholders provide business growth and exposure for the
clinic within the increasingly competitive healthcare market.
