Over the past 25 years I have developed an extensive knowledge and practice of Montessori pedagogy. My focus over the past several years has been in adolescent studies where I lead two schools in their expansion to include Jr. High environments. Facilitating curriculum development, staffing, parent education and recruitment. I have seen first hand how Montessori students become empowered, confident and joyful learners. They are effective communicators who are seen as strong leaders. Most of all, Montessori environments enable students to take academic risks and get out of their comfort zone.
