3. Cases of SNCF
was found guilty discriminating hundred of
Moroccan workers than their European colleagues

less chance of promotion and differently treated about pensions.
SNCF blocked Moroccan’ career by distinguishing staff hired
on permanent contracts and those taken on as contract workers.

SNCF was sued by Moroccan workers and the judge awarded damages and
compensation of between €150,000 and €230,000 to individual workers.
SNCF respected the legal requirements of the time
SNCF restore the honor of Moroccan workers.
