I have more than 2 Years experience as a RF Assurance Engineer in Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited Gurgaon.Currently i am working in LTE as a RF Optimizer. Analysis and Validation of Drive Test Data by using XCAP and Actix One Post Processing Tool. Daily Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI) e.g. RSRP, SINR, PCI, RSSI,Throughput their reasons and take necessary action.. Analyzing 18/18 KPI for roll out sites using Net Velocity & Site forge tools. Optimization of the individual site and clusters based on network performance in daily basis.
