I am an individual who has chosen specifically to not specialize in one facet of business. Be it Materials Management, Operations, Test Engineering, or Quality Assurance, I have tried to expose myself to a broad landscape of business challenges. My sole focus is to be a student of leadership. My goal is to generate maximum performance from a team, by observing those around me to and to learn from those who have come before. I continually look for new challenges and new problems to solve. These discrete experiences continually build my comfort and confidence tackling new challenges with each opportunity that comes before me.
