I’m passionate about my work supporting employee happiness and employee engagement as an office manager and event manager. I create collaborative progressive workplaces and experiences that value company culture and the well being of its people. Two years ago, I joined the product innovation consultancy Neo, and this experience taught me so much about the critical role that office managers can play, not just in the day-to-day operations but more profoundly, in developing culture. Up until Neo, I spent over a decade in start-ups, office management, executive assistant, and administrative roles spanning the hospitality, education, and music industries.
