The baseline and philosophy that has moulded me is my realisation of the world as a spin of intermittent ideas from a whole lot of directions with a consideration of the fact that no idea is small until that idea is tested. The fundamentals of our organisation therefore emanates from an idea of forming an epistemic community from all works of life, not just from a specific group of people (as per the definition of epistemic community). In many cases, solutions to our development problems do not need to come from intensive and extensive research, they are right there with the people affected.
