overseas locations. Thoroughly investigated any incident with sailors attached to Naval
Submarine Support Center that resulted from the use of drugs or alcohol. Oversaw the counseling
and treatment of the sailors that were found to have an issue with drugs and/or alcohol.
• Implemented new training requirements for first time submarine sailors that reduced
unplanned losses by 15%
