Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson agrees to sell the masters of these three singles.
I’m a Gangster,
My Fanny Pack,
Fish Sticks,
On those 3 singles listed, Purchaser agrees to the conditions of a previous mechanical license. Purchaser
will receive a 50 percent royalty on the 3 singles. On September 2017, the license expires and Purchaser
will have both masters and publishing rights. Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson will alert the mechanical
license holder within 5 (five) days of ownership transfer.
Purchaser agrees to respect the mechanical license set in place, agrees to accept a 50 percent royalty on
the 3 singles, and will not independently publish the 3 singles until the date of September 2017.

Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson, further grants to purchaser the right, in perpetuity, to use name, likeness
and image for use in connection with the promotion of the albums and videos.Purchaser shall not be
obligated to utilize your original artist name, track names, graphics or other related materials and shall
be free to exploit, or refrain from exploiting, the Masters in any and all media now known or hereafter
devised.
4. Buy-Out Payment: Purchaser shall pay Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson the one time sum of …….. Said
sum shall be considered a buy-out and represents all monies payable hereunder for the transfer of
rights to the Masters and Publishing as detailed herein. No further royalties or payments of any kind
(including writer and publisher share of copyrights) will be payable Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson under
this agreement. Purchaser shall be entitled to collect both artist and label shares of future performance
income (such as SoundExchange) for the Masters. Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson agrees to execute all
requested paperwork for the transfer of such copyrights.
If the foregoing correctly reflects the material terms of your agreement with
Josh Katz, RappyMcRapperson, please execute this letter agreement where indicated below.
