I am attending the University of Washington Tacoma, studying Business Management as my major. I am also working graveyard shifts at State Farm, where I am a claims representative for auto and home claims. In this role, I initiate the process for the customer and make sure they know what to expect throughout the process. In this way, I am often the first point of contact for customers that are calling in, making the idea of first impressions of the utmost importance.
