I am a Real Estate Title, closing and conveyancing Attorney. I also enjoy teaching real estate law to realtors and to attorneys and title insurance agents. I have taught several continuing education courses and continue to design my teaching and courses for practical everyday use by using real cases from my 30 year real estate, title and closing and foreclosure practice experience.
