  1. When speaking reference Customer = Policyholder or Agent or Broker to an Insurance Carrier and it could be different depending on where you sit in the Insurance sector.
  2. Added Unit Economics here - a term being used in the insurance space – otherwise known as analytics at a policy level.
  3. Reference insurance investment divisions here and how they need to continue building surplus through investments.
  4. Discuss some 2024 insurance products and how they are changing so very quickly – car-plane, personal helicopters, jet packs, driverless cars, etc.
  5. Reference middleman – this will be a tough one for IASA, agents, brokers, etc. go away …
  6. Maybe mentioned some barriers ? Virtual insurance companies, cloud computing, etc.
