a wonderful employee. I’ve worked with Jon on the service desk at Strozier Library for well
over three years. He works well with everyone, and most importantly, he is always willing to go
that extra little bit for quality customer service. He has progressed into an excellent leader for
new employees. He works well with everyone, and he is always willing to teach our new hires
the very technical aspects of the job.
I’m a supervisor on the service desk in the Learning Commons area of Strozier Library.
I’ve worked with Jonathan Jennings during my entire time as a supervisor on the service desk.
He is consistently punctual and also makes himself readily available to assist the library in
developing marketing posters and dynamic images to grab a student’s attention for upcoming
events. He has picked up on all of the training and the subtle details that come with a tedious
position based around statistics and mountains of data.
