Please be advised that John Williams has recently completed a successful assignment with Integrity
Staffing Solutions as a Seasonal Recruiting Process Manager at our local Opportunity Center. As a
Seasonal Recruiting Process Manager, John was responsible for managing our East Remote
Opportunity Center in the staffing of seasonaljob openings at Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
This role is very customer-service oriented and requires strict attention-to-detail. Responsibilities
include overseeing the Placement Specialist conducting personal interviews with candidates.
Working face to face with the incoming candidates, troubleshooting, explaining the
applicaiion/interview process, explaining a variety of different work schedules (including potential
overtime), reviewing the attendance policy and performance expectations with his team, and
ensuring they are hitting their daily directives and metrics. In addition, as our Seasonal Recruiting
procesJ Manager John was proficient in using internal software systems to fill client orders and to
prepare candidates for the various stages of the onboarding process.
Since this assignment is seasonally based, we'd like you to know that John is leaving on good terms
