I am a Sr. Software Specialist with the IBM Software Group. Primary responsibilities are to promote IBM Lotus Software technology and solutions to customers and strategic partners, the development of the IBM Lotus sales force, and continued development of advanced strategy, sales techniques and competitive knowledge necessary for anticipated changes in the industry. I act as a conduit between our field based customers and IBM Lotus product management groups. I am a frequent speaker at IT industry events and specialize in communication and collaboration systems.
