To whom it may concern:
John Overton participated in the Weber-Stephen Products LLC intern program in the summer of
2015. The Customer Service department at Weber in the summer is quite a fast moving and
dynamic environment. May – August are the busiest for Weber and John came in, learned
quickly and made a solid impact talking with and assisting needy customers. Learning the
system, learning the many Weber products and learning the best process for delighting
customers is what John picked up and did very well.
With this hard work and focus, I see John doing well wherever life takes him.
